Agario, the company behind the popular game Agario, is looking for a talented Game Designer to join our creative team. Suppose you are passionate about games, creativity, and designing engaging and addictive gameplay experiences. Responsibilities:

• Gameplay Design: Develop and design unique gameplay mechanics for new games or updates to existing games at Agario, ensuring an engaging and addictive player experience.

• Collaborative Work: Work closely with programmers, artists, and product teams to translate design ideas into complete game products. Ensure that game design is aligned with the product goals and vision.

• System Development and Balancing: Design and balance in-game systems like scoring, levels, items, and other gameplay elements to create fair and enjoyable challenges for players.

• Analysis and Feedback: Analyze and refine game features using data and player feedback. Listen to and understand the players’ needs to adjust the design and improve the overall user experience.

• Create Design Documents: Write and maintain detailed design documentation for game mechanics, new features, and other content throughout the development process.

• Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest game trends to incorporate into the designs, ensuring that our games remain fresh and relevant to the market.

Requirements:

• A degree in Game Design, Computer Science, Art, or a related field.

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Game Designer or in a similar role within the game industry.

• Experience designing gameplay systems, mechanics, and levels in games.

• Proficiency with game design tools (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar).

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly come up with solutions to challenges during game development.

• A passion for the gaming industry and a solid understanding of what makes a game successful.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing multiplayer games.

• Knowledge of current game trends and player preferences.

• Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or other game design tools.

• Ability to come up with fresh, innovative game design ideas.
