Role:

As an HR Specialist focusing on Talent Acquisition & Training at Spectrum Audio Visual Pte Ltd, you will lead recruitment efforts and design impactful training programs to foster employee growth and development. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, manage the full recruitment cycle, and develop training initiatives aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fulfill staffing needs
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire)
• Create and implement effective training programs for employees
• Manage employee training, skills enhancement, and growth initiatives

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources from a local (SG) Polytechnic or University
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the audio-visual industry
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve organizational goals
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting abilities
• Independent, self-motivated, result-driven, with good teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and flexibility
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure
• Fluency in English is required for effective communication
