Patients from all over the globe travel to Singapore to seek our expert care for lower limb disorders. We specialise in a wide range of leg and foot conditions, treating people from all walks of life. From new-borns with clubfoot deformity, complex paediatric gait disorders, common adult pains including knee arthritis, lower limb sports injuries, diabetic foot ulcers, to soft tissue conditions such as warts, fungus and toenail issues.

East Coast Podiatry is managed by a professional management team with its head office at Lower Delta Road. We operate clinics located at Kembangan, Orchard, Novena and Bukit Timah.

Salary Range

  • $2,800 - $4,200

  • Salary will depend on your Work Arrangement (you can opt in for either 5, 5.5 or 6-day work week) and designation

  • Monday to Sunday roster

Job Details

  • Permanent Full-Time position

  • 5, 5.5 or 6 days work arrangements available; Work hours: 9am – 6pm (Monday to Sunday)

  • Work locations: at our assigned clinic branches (Orchard, Novena Kembangan, Bukit Timah)

You will work with a team of Clinic Officers and Podiatrists to operate a full-service Podiatry centre. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing appointments, payments and patient enquiries

  • Preparation of instruments and treatment rooms

  • Assisting Podiatrists during assessment and treatment

  • Handling patient's concerns and provide appropriate solutions

  • Maintaining overall cleanliness of clinic

  • Ensuring equipment are operationally-ready

  • Updating and maintaining patient files and database

  • Administrative duties and other relevant duties as required for clinic operations

Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken and written English

  • Ability with other languages is an advantage

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively

  • Able to establish and maintain a positive rapport with teammates and patients
