Qualifications

- Location : Willingness to travel between Tampines and Woodland
- Working Hours : 5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Job Responsibilities
- Directing technical teams from proposal stages through to project completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards
- Define project deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless integration between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
- Defining project scopes, developing detailed schedules, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery
- Managing project budgets, including profit and loss commitments, cost control, cash flow, and implementing recovery strategies when necessary
- Identifying otential risks, establishing risk registers, implementing mitigation plans, and regularly monitoring and managing these risks
- Ensuring a safe and healthy workplace by implementing and maintaining safe work systems and promoting an Incident and Injury-Free Workplace
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their representatives, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Leading project teams, coordinating between various disciplines, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders
- Drive a collaborative team environment and mentor junior project staff.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of PMI (Project Management Institute) methodologies, Lean Construction, and Agile principles
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience in managing large-scale, high-tech industrial projects
- Upholds honesty, transparency, and fairness in all decisions
- Ensures strict adherence to company policies, legal frameworks, and safety regulations
- The candidate must be fluent in both Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Takes full ownership of project outcomes and maintains professionalism under pressure
- Builds trust with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies
