Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of accounts receivable.
• Process rebates and commissions.
• Prepare general ledger.
• Handle internal and external queries.
• Prepare schedules.
• Handle tax queries.
• Prepare tax schedules.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer payment recording.
• Monitor customer accounts for outstanding balances.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent in accounts qualifications.
• 2 years of working experience in accounts functions.
• Experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Location: Tanjong Penjuru Crescent (Transport pick up at MRT, 7am)

Working hours: 8am to 5.15pm
