Enrolled Nurse (Breast Clinic)

You need to demonstrate a high standard of patient care by performing clinical nursing procedures that meet the patients' immediate physical and emotional needs.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients with breast conditions, perioperatively.
• Provide nursing care and activities under the direction of RN according to the hospital guidelines.
• Provide guidance to junior healthcare staff to achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate clinical care for patients under his/her care.
• Perform generic nursing duties like phlebotomy, injections, and assisting in clinic procedures.
• Collaborate and cooperate with physicians and other healthcare personnel for a smooth delivery of patient care.
• Exhibit care, empathy, and professionalism.
• Perform any other duties as delegated by the department Reporting Officer.

Job Requirements

• NITEC in Nursing or equivalent with at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Self-motivated and able to work well in a team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Able to work staggered clinic hours.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment as well as being flexible and open to changes.
