Role Overview
As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time while meeting client expectations and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
- Manage day-to-day client requests, providing strategic recommendations and proactive solutions.
- Work towards client satisfaction by ensuring campaigns and projects meet KPIs and deliverables.
- Contribute in the development of strategy, planning, research, and overall completion of pitch decks to win new clients and to grow business with existing clients.
Campaign & Project Execution
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns, from inception to post-launch analysis and optimization.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including creative (designers, copywriters) and technical (developers), to deliver high-quality work.
- Conduct regular reporting, including weekly, monthly, and post-campaign analysis, to track performance and suggest improvements.
Strategic & Market Insights
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to stay ahead of digital trends and competitor activities.
- Support media pitches, briefs, and proposals with data-driven insights.
- Develop and refine media plans and editorial strategies under the guidance of senior management.
Media & Digital Expertise
- Manage relationships with media owners, suppliers, and platforms to explore innovative advertising opportunities.
- Set up and optimize campaigns across media platforms, including RTB, video, social media, ad networks, and search engines.
- Ensure accurate tracking, trafficking, and reporting of digital campaigns.
Social Media and Content Marketing
- Conduct competitor analysis and establish effective social media strategies.
- Manage paid social campaigns and content publishing across platforms.
- Utilize social listening tools to track brand performance and audience engagement.
- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of social media activations and partnerships with KOLs and publishers.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge-sharing.
- Supervise and review the work of junior team members to maintain high standards.
- Identify and propose new service opportunities and improvements to senior management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or account management.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, campaign execution, and client servicing.
- Hands-on experience with media platforms and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
