As aGeneral Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and drive annual business objectives aligned with the company’s strategic vision, ensuring operational and performance targets are successfully met.

  • Operational Management: Oversee and enhance clinic operations by standardizing regional workflows and institutional systems to promote efficiency, regulatory compliance, and service quality.

  • Business Expansion & Resource Planning: Lead efforts to grow the regional market presence, develop sustainable strategies for medical team expansion, and ensure consistent support for TCM practitioner development.

  • Innovation & Business Growth: Monitor industry developments, introduce innovative healthcare service models, and identify new business opportunities grounded in existing operations and market needs.

  • Talent Development & Team Building: Establish robust training and development programs to nurture talent and build a high-performing regional team.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 8 years of experience in the retail or service sector, including a minimum of 5 years in a regional leadership position.

  • Solid background in pharmaceutical sales and business development, or significant experience in managing and growing chain brand operations.

  • Strong capabilities in market research, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution of market development plans.

  • Proven leadership skills with a track record in team management, project execution, and successfully launching new business ventures or initiatives from the ground up.
