Job Description

• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of a full set of accounts.
• Prepare financial data for entry into the financial system.
• Keep accounting records and bank statements.
• Prepare monthly audit schedules and maintain loan schedules.
• Prepare and file GST returns.
• Prepare tax computations and tax planning.
• File tax returns on time and update management about changes in rules and regulations.
• Provide supporting functions to the division.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting with at least 2 years of experience in an accounting firm, including maintaining a full set of accounts and tax work. 1-year experience is considered as junior/assistant.
• Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• An independent team player.
