Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales together with team to meet or exceed sales targets, goals & objectives and contribute to the overall store performance.
- Monitor Individual and team sales KPIs
- Lead and motivate team to give their utmost performance sales & service and establish a long-lasting trusted relationship with customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated customer experience aligned with company's service standards.
- Maintain deep product knowledge, brand heritage, and ongoing promotions to effectively support sales and customer engagement.
- Uphold high standards of customer service across the team, fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback and resolve any issues promptly, professionally and effectively.
- Provide professional advice and promote treatments & products according to customer needs.
- Ensure transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and with discretion, reflecting the brand's premium positioning.
- Maintain store presentation, including replenishment of merchandise, cleanliness of fixtures, and proper pricing display.
- Ensure all visual merchandising and point-of-sale materials are up to date and in line with brand guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- Create and manage team schedules to optimise store coverage and productivity.
- Ensure the team is up to date & well versed in their product knowledge
- Ensure the team maintains the utmost professional conduct and grooming standards
- Assist the Training Manager in coaching the team with new launches of treatments and products
- Assist in consumer events and sales initiatives
Requirements
- A minimum Diploma in Retail/Business Management
- At least 2 years of retail supervisory experience and background in beauty products
- Proven track record of achieving sales target and ability to increase sales and profitability; turnaround
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Sensitive to customers’ needs and pay attention to details
- Strong sense of responsibility and urgency
- Good team player & self-motivated with the ability to motivate and lead a team of people
- Strong sense of customer service
- Outgoing and Confident with high sense of responsibility and high level of business ethics and integrity
- Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment and adapt to challenging situations
- Proficiency in using management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to commit working on weekends and public holidays
- Able to commit to retail hours and stand for long hours
