- Supervise and lead a team of customer service staff to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Communicate with customers via email and phone regarding documentation, administrative tasks, and to resolve any issues.
- Oversee shipment clearance and delivery processes to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor operational activities to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
- Prepare and issue customer billing invoices promptly and accurately.
- Compile and analyze data using Microsoft Office tools for reporting purposes.
- Promote a culture of physical and mental well-being within the workplace.
- Take ownership of section safety and communicate safety-related information to team members.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Encourage a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, sales, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
- Preferable Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience will be added advantages
- Familiarity with logistics operations, documentation, and safety procedures
