  • Location: Kaki Bukit

  • Monday to Friday: 9AM - 5.30PM

Our Client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Admin Executive to support their sales operations and ensure the smooth running of daily administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update company sales records accurately

  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and invoices for pump spare parts enquiries

  • Manage inventory and order office supplies as needed

  • Handle expense claims and ensure timely submission

  • Oversee renewal of fire extinguishers and related safety compliance

  • Arrange courier services and coordinate with freight forwarders for deliveries

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for supervisors and managers

  • Ensure efficient filing and documentation of all records

  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers on enquiry-related matters

Requirements:
  • GCE ‘O’ Levels / Higher Nitec / Diploma or equivalent

  • Prior experience in administrative or sales support roles is preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Good communication and coordination skills
