Job description

Our client is in the industrial sector, and currently seeking for Senior HR Executive/ HR Manager to be part of the team.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conductinginterviews, and coordinating onboarding/offboarding
  • Maintain employee records and personnel files in compliance withrelevant labour laws and regulations.
  • Processing of monthly payroll
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance theskills and knowledge of the workforce.
  • Manage the performance management system, including goal setting,performance reviews, and feedback.
  • Administer employee benefits, including insurance, leave, and otherentitlements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries andconcerns, providing guidance and support.
  • Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issuesfairly and promptly.
  • Facilitate effective communication and engagement between themanagement and employees.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, andprograms.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Act, WICA, HR practices and policies.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information withdiscretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tobuild relationships and interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive andsolution-oriented approach.
  • Attention to detail and meticulous in managing employee records and HRdocumentation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability tomultitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well ascollaboratively in a team environment.
