Job description

Job Title : Project Site Administrator / Document Controller

Job Site Area : Jurong West

Industry : Construction

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide professional administrative support on project site.
  2. Generate emails and reports when appropriate.
  3. Assist the project team and handle project public relation issues. Serve as the primary contact point for information flow between the Head Office and the site.
  4. Communicate project activities to the surrounding community and address external complaints.
  5. Act as project document controller, including filing, sorting, printing, circulating, and storing project documents, and handling incoming calls.
  6. Maintain site office equipment such as computers, copiers, and fax machines.
  7. Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:
  • NITEC / GCE ‘O’ level / GCE ‘N’ level.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles within a construction environment.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of multitasking and managing stress effectively.
