Job description

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the effective daily delivery of human resources and administration services;

  • Coordinate and support administrative arrangements for staff statutory training and initiatives for learning and development, and track training effectiveness/feedback forms;

  • Support in various staff engagement programs, such as employee talent retention (i.e. workplace outreach), and internship initiatives

  • Assist and support staff events and activities organized by the Club;

  • Coordinating the induction and orientation for new employees and handling exit clearance procedures

  • Administer employee benefits programs including insurance, leave administration, medical/dental benefits, and other staff claims.

  • Support general HR-related office administration (i.e. staff uniforms, access cards, franking of mails, photocopier machine maintenance and billing enquiries, time attendance, nametags, storages etc);

  • Prepare, update and maintain HR templates, forms and other correspondences in both softcopies and hardcopies.

  • Any adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, with at least 3 -4 years of experience in HR & Administration role;

  • Knowledge of Singapore employment, labour law and HR practices;

  • Good team player and ability to maintain professional levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters;

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
