About the role

As the Project Management Specialist, you will oversee the execution and setup of commercial packages and branding campaigns. You will also support the team with campaign reporting and analysis, contributing to stronger campaign performance and growth in Commercial Partnership Solutions (CPS) revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Own the setup process, campaign management, and reporting for CPS and branding campaigns. Manage projects to ensure flawless, timely execution and troubleshoot proactively to achieve zero-error delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including CPS, Sales, Operations, and Product, to align timelines and expectations.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable post-campaign reports to clients, building successful case studies.
  • Support the team in enhancing capabilities in campaign analysis and optimization to improve effectiveness and revenue impact.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs based on project management best practices.
  • Act as a strategic partner to CPS, contributing to client objectives and business targets, and providing insights for future product and package improvements.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or client services.
  • Experience in branding ad operations and improving project management processes for efficiency.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with proper escalation processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights to assess campaign performance.
  • Experience working with creators and agencies.
  • Experience in offline event execution.
