Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator with experience in coordinating and preparingprecast concrete shop drawingsto join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of precast elements, detailing requirements, and BIM software and will be responsible for producing accurate and coordinated precast shop drawings for factory production and site installation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed BIM models for precast concrete components (PBU, PPVC, walls, slabs, beams, columns, stairs, etc.)

• Generate accurate shop drawings and production drawings based on design and coordination inputs.

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure design intent and constructability.

• Maintain model and drawing version control and support project-specific BIM execution plans.

• Suitable candidates will have the opportunity to lead and supervise both the local and offshore BIM modeling teams to ensure timely, accurate, and coordinated deliverables.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in BIM modeling for precast concrete systems.

• Proficiency in software such as Allplan, AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, or similar.

• Understanding of precast detailing, production workflow, and erection sequencing.

• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.

• Ability to work independently and manage timelines effectively.

• Experience managing a team and reviewing BIM outputs from other modelers will be an advantage.
