What you'll be doing

• Provide timely and efficient resolution of SAP FICO-related issues reported by users

• Analyse, troubleshoot and diagnose problems in the SAP FICO module, and implement appropriate solutions

• Assist with the configuration, customisation and maintenance of the SAP FICO system

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications

• Deliver user training and support to enhance their understanding and effective use of the SAP FICO system

• Continuously monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimise efficiency

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge base for future reference and support

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT support or SAP FICO techno-functional role

• Strong technical knowledge of the SAP FICO module, including its configuration, customisation and troubleshooting

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve complex issues

• Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirements

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with users and cross-functional teams

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

• Continuous learning mindset to keep up with the latest SAP FICO updates and best practices
