  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience

Job Description:

  1. Man the FRC, serving as the first point of contact for users seeking urgent assistance.
  2. Receive fault reports via hotline and email, and redirect them to the relevant maintenance contractors.
  3. Accurately log and update fault reports in the MMS (Maintenance Mate System).
  4. Ensure timely completion of repairs or servicing of faults and service requests within KPIs.
  5. Receive, process, and follow up on events and logistics requests.
  6. Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
