Job description

WAITER Supervisor

(Remark: Long Working Hours, Non Air-conditioned Environment)

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain F&B environment.
  2. Ensure mise-en-place of quality and consistency for service.
  3. Check work stations for operations.
  4. Ensure food served in accordance with SOPs.
  5. Manage quality control at store level and execute crisis management plans.
  6. Interact with and service F&B customers.
  7. Deliver service performance and manage customers’ expectations.
  8. Manage productivity performance.
  9. Responsible for inventories and stock-taking activities.
  10. Facilitate and maintain compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements.
  11. Cover duties (both service and kitchen) when required.
  12. Manage site/outlet and equipment maintenance.
  13. Maintain standards and SOPs for store operations.
  14. Solve problems and make decisions at managerial level.
  15. Generate reports and present store performance.
  16. Responsible for income and expenses.
  17. Follow F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
  18. Conduct outlet audits to uphold standards.
  19. Conduct staff performance assessments.
  20. Manage training at store level.
  21. Handle disputes, grievances, and disciplinary matters at store level.
  22. Administer purchasing and receiving procedures.
  23. Implement loss/risk prevention measures.
  24. Provide information for management decision-making.

Job Requirements:
