WAITER Supervisor
(Remark: Long Working Hours, Non Air-conditioned Environment)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain F&B environment.
- Ensure mise-en-place of quality and consistency for service.
- Check work stations for operations.
- Ensure food served in accordance with SOPs.
- Manage quality control at store level and execute crisis management plans.
- Interact with and service F&B customers.
- Deliver service performance and manage customers’ expectations.
- Manage productivity performance.
- Responsible for inventories and stock-taking activities.
- Facilitate and maintain compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Cover duties (both service and kitchen) when required.
- Manage site/outlet and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain standards and SOPs for store operations.
- Solve problems and make decisions at managerial level.
- Generate reports and present store performance.
- Responsible for income and expenses.
- Follow F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Conduct outlet audits to uphold standards.
- Conduct staff performance assessments.
- Manage training at store level.
- Handle disputes, grievances, and disciplinary matters at store level.
- Administer purchasing and receiving procedures.
- Implement loss/risk prevention measures.
- Provide information for management decision-making.
