Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span across one or multiple lines of business
Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment of one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
Assume ownership of topics related to assigned project/s for all relevant tasks, commitments, deliverables, and queries
Coordinate one or more teams through brainstorming concepts, documenting clear project requirements, and delivering quality
Report on project success criteria results, metrics, tests and deployments
Participate in Business Requirements analysis and review
Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
Act as an internal quality control check for the project
Deliver appropriate and effective operational stakeholders to steering committee stakeholders with the aid of clear, and synthesized presentation decks
Management of post production Go-Live issues to ensure that incidents and problems are addressed efficiently with complete impact analysis and tracked from the time raised to resolution
Contribute to APAC Core Banking IT BAU activities
Maintain and organize sharepoint repository of project and application documents and decks
Organize and preside meetings and prepare concise minutes with tracking of action items

Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors through demonstrated communication skills (written, oral, and presentation) with technical / non-technical staff and all levels of management
Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executives, sponsors, team members, & stakeholders
Ability to work under multiple projects within respective timeframes
Demonstrate ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
Ability to synthesize complex situations / subjects and to propose solution for complex challenges
Experience in Agile and SCRUM methodologies will be an added advantage
Background in application development process, Agile, Waterfall, JIRA

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related disciplines
Master’s Degree and PMP Certification (preferred but not required)
Language: Good command of spoken and written English
Skills: Project Management and Business Analyst skills in Core Banking systems
Functional experiences in IT Corporate Banking activities and products
Experience range: 7 + years of experience in Financial Services as Project Manager / Analyst
Having manage or contribute significantly in at least a system migration project
Technical: SQL, Unix
Technical IT knowledge
