Tradition is the interdealer broking arm of Compagnie Financière Tradition and one of the world's largest interdealer brokers in over-the-counter financial and commodity related products. About the Role

With continued development in the Money Markets in Singapore, we are looking for candidates who are interested in pursuing a career in the financial services sector.

The successful candidate will be able to build up their knowledge through different areas of the business, learning the technical and soft skills necessary to be successful in the industry.

Job Description

  • Monitor markets and follow financial news and developments closely;
  • Develop understanding of underlying financial products being traded and keep up to date with knowledge of new products/procedures;
  • Liaise with clients to understand their business objectives and provide a reliable and efficient broking service;
  • Identify new business opportunities relating to market and client activity trends;
  • Keep trade records up to date; and
  • Assisting in day to day tasks assign by superior including but not limited to: ad hoc reporting, research and client communications.

Job Requirement

  • Ability to work with diverse groups/ personalities
  • Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills.
  • Highly energetic, motivated and enjoy doing sales and business development.
