Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the execution of RWS’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and employer branding roadmap.
  • Design and manage multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline platforms.
  • Build and maintain branded assets and toolkits for recruiters, hiring managers, and HR business partners.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to drive communication strategies that engage and inspire team members.
  • Lead employee communication initiatives including leadership messaging, internal campaigns, and recognition programs.
  • Drive DE&I storytelling and initiatives that reflect and promote RWS’s inclusive workplace culture.
  • Oversee creation and curation of internal and external content across RWS’s career site, social media, and internal platforms.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications to align corporate and employer brand narratives.
  • Design and implement employee advocacy and ambassador programs.
  • Enhance candidate and employee journeys through digital engagement and data-driven insight.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to HR leadership and senior management on communication strategies and talent brand positioning.
  • Lead workshops and training for people leaders and HR teams on brand-aligned communication and engagement.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimally 15-18 years of relevant experience, with at least 5-8 years in employer branding and internal communications.
  • Strong track record in developing EVP and leading end-to-end employer branding campaigns in a regional context.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and content development skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media strategy, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across matrix environments and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer-facing industries preferred.
