What you'll be doing

1. Assist in daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with purchases.
3. Manage inventory, restock shelves, and ensure products are well-displayed.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
5. Support promotional activities and sales events.
6. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum GCE N or O level. Entry level candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers of all ages.
3. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently as needed.
4. Attention to detail and a keen eye for merchandising and visual presentation.
5. Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and retail hours as required.
6. Previous retail or customer service experience is highly desirable.
