A leading company in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to manage full-spectrum accounting operations. The role involves handling accounts receivable and payable, preparing financial reports, and processing payroll. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Job Responsibilities:
Manage the full spectrum of accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) for suppliers and customers.
Perform general journal entries and manage month-end closing processes.
Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in a timely manner.
Process employee payroll, including final salary payments for resigned staff.
Assist with ad-hoc finance-related tasks and administrative duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Able to commence work within a short notice period is an added advantage.
