Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient operation of the business, achieving excellence in all facets of operations, including service delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Team Leadership: Cultivate a strong leadership team to ensure high performance, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and wellness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company in all stakeholder engagements, including with customers, business partners, governments, and the public, enhancing the organization's profile.
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing, ensuring transparency and efficiency in financial management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Extensive experience in a senior management role with a proven track record of successful leadership and business growth.
