Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic plan to advance the company's mission, and promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.
• Market Expansion: Oversee the expansion across the APAC region, identifying new market opportunities and partnerships.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient operation of the business, achieving excellence in all facets of operations, including service delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Team Leadership: Cultivate a strong leadership team to ensure high performance, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and wellness.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company in all stakeholder engagements, including with customers, business partners, governments, and the public, enhancing the organization's profile.
• Financial Stewardship: Oversee the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing, ensuring transparency and efficiency in financial management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Extensive experience in a senior management role with a proven track record of successful leadership and business growth.
• Strong understanding of the market dynamics in the APAC region.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful strategic plans.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
