Qualifications

  • Minimum diploma holder in any discipline.
  • 1 year of relevant experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge and process Motor & WIC claims.
  • Prepare correspondence for insured and other parties.
  • Manage claims registration and follow-ups.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Acknowledging, registering and uploading of Letter of Demand.
  • Processing payments for both Motor & WIC claims.
  • Issue Receipts for recovery and Giro returned.
  • Raise Credit Notes & Debit Notes.
  • Merging of Debit Notes.
  • Claims registration for both Motor & WIC claims.
  • Prepare Non-Reporting Letters to both Insured & Traffic Police.
  • Computation for WICA medical bills and medical leave wages.
  • Sending out correspondence to Insured, claimant, lawyer etc.
  • Emailing to medical institutions to follow-up on medical report, clarifications etc.
  • Manning of Motor Claims / Survey/ WIC Mailbox
  • Drivers’ screening
  • Handling Merimen reports for the following:

- Incoming Claims

- Adjuster Mandate Request

- Pending Adjuster Survey

- BOLA and Fraud cases (Every Thursday)

  • Other such related duties such as photocopying, scanning and uploading relevant documents.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Direct Supervisor or Head of Department (HOD / Competent Authority).

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma holder in any discipline
  • Preferably 1 year of relevant experience (without prior experience will also be considered)
  • Good working attitude and passion to learn
  • Proactive attitude - constantly looking at ways to improve efficiency and job performance.
  • Team-player and meet job requirements within tight timelines.
  • Computer literacy skills is essential
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Singaporean and Permanent Residents only
