Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and well-organized HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily human resources and administrative operations. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing HR and administrative tasks with efficiency and confidentiality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, onboarding, etc).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Assist in performance appraisals and employee evaluation processes.
  • Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
  • Manage office administration, including procurement of supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office upkeep.
  • Handle internal and external communications such as emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Good understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
