As the Regional Mobile Samsung Care+ Manager, Mobile Experience Business, you will support the growth of Samsung Care+ across Southeast Asia and Oceania.

Samsung Care+ is a comprehensive mobile care plan offered with Samsung Galaxy devices, providing users with peace of mind against accidental damage and breakdowns. The program aims to retain value for Samsung mobile users and foster consumer loyalty.

Working closely with the global Samsung Care+ product team, regional counterparts, and cross-functional teams, you will lead efforts to increase awareness and sales of Samsung Care+ by expanding channels and developing innovative solutions and programs.

Role & Responsibilities

  1. Lead account management for key regional insurance provider relationships to establish and grow device protection and service solutions, including:
  2. Managing partner engagements, sales reviews, negotiations, contracts, go-to-market plans, co-marketing, solution planning, and troubleshooting.
  3. Exploring new sales programs and revenue models with partners.
  4. Identify and project manage new initiatives from concept to performance tracking, including:
  5. Market research, competitive analysis, and partner evaluations to develop new business models.
  6. Developing and evaluating new programs such as rental, subscription, or refurbishment initiatives.
  7. Running pilot programs, tracking performance, and reporting to stakeholders.
  8. Creating program guidelines and supporting large-scale implementation.
  9. Facilitating cross-functional alignment across sales, legal, finance, service, retail, and channels.
  10. Liaising with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and report on program performance.
  11. Developing and presenting program updates, plans, and performance reports to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or business development within carrier, retail, electronics/mobile manufacturing, or device insurance sectors.
  • Knowledge of mobile care programs, customer service, repair processes, and device trade-in.
  • Experience with retail or carrier operations, including field force management and promotion mechanisms.
  • Experience working with insurance companies or third-party administrators.
  • Negotiation and management of commercial partner agreements.
  • Understanding of mobile OEM supply chains.
  • Knowledge of refurbished phone markets and repair processes is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to navigate organizations and drive implementation.
  • Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the mobile industry and strategic experience preferred.

Prior experience in strategy consulting or internal strategy groups is also desirable.
