About the role
This role will lead the transformation of our warehouse to improve efficiency and it requires proactive leadership, operational expertise and strong collaboration skills.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and execute automation strategies, work closely with supply chain teams and technology partners

• Identify inefficiencies and develop solutions to streamline warehouse operations

• Manage warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely dispatch and efficient workflow

• Work closely with senior management to align warehouse restructuring with broader business goals

• Establish relationships with key suppliers to optimize procurement and logistics strategies

• Monitor performance metrics, recommend process enhancements, and drive cost-effective solutions

What we're looking for

• Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, engineering, or related fields

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, automation projects, or supply chain management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize workflows and troubleshoot automation challenges

• Familiarity with WMS, RFID, robotics, and other automation technologies

• Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive change and foster collaboration

• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
