Job description

Job Purpose:

To handle operational matters related to finance and office services.


Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

  • Process payment vouchers and file documents.
  • Manage petty cash.
  • Input data and ensure accuracy of the organisation’s client records.
  • Issue invoices and receipts for Student Centre fees.
  • Perform GIRO collections for programme fees.
  • Generate donation receipts and maintain donors/donations records.

Administrative:

  • Attend to telephone and walk-in enquiries.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations.
  • Order office stationeries.
  • Handle other admin and office matters as assigned by superiors.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties related to office services.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Good communication skills, both speaking and writing.
  • Ability to plan, multitask, and be meticulous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Higher Nitec or diploma in business administration, accounting, finance, or related fields.
  • Possess finance and administrative experience in any sector.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
