Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. This role within SATS Food Solutions involves assisting key Business Units in optimizing their inventory to minimize costs while maximizing in-stock availability and revenue. The role requires working with stakeholders to define, implement, and operate the Inventory Optimization process within targeted business units as part of the Integrated Supply Chain team.
2. The role also supports the Network Supply Planning function to forecast and plan network requirements across SATS Business Units. Additionally, it involves ad-hoc analysis, issue identification, and resolution across the end-to-end SATS Food Solutions Supply Chain.
3. This position is crucial for driving improvements within key Business Units and managing demand and supply in our expanding global business. It offers a unique opportunity to build and operate a global planning and analytics function within SATS Food Solutions.

Key Requirements

1. Minimum 7 to 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in process improvement and data analysis for insights.
2. Experience in data analytics within a supply chain function is highly valued.
3. Prior experience with SAP S/4 and Supply Chain Planning and Optimization systems.
4. Strong analytical and modeling skills with extensive data analysis experience (Excel, Access, or more advanced tools).
5. Experience in dashboard development using Power BI or similar tools.
6. Experience with supply chain planning tools/software in food catering, food & beverage, or similar industries is a plus.
7. Proficiency in statistical modeling and data analysis methods is advantageous.
8. Strong problem-solving skills grounded in continuous quality improvement.
9. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships, influence decisions, and collaborate across the organization.
