Responsible for order processing via email or phone, expedite orders through internal coordination.
Check data accuracy in orders before releasing them to the production department, including contacting customers to obtain missing information or to answer queries.
Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Direct important feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Stay up to date with new products and features.
Provide administrative support and handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software, particularly MS Excel.
