TTS- Client Executive (Financial Institutions) - VP (Singapore)

At Citi, we connect millions of people across hundreds of cities and countries every day. With over 200 years of history, we leverage our global network to provide a broad range of financial services and products to our clients—whether consumers, corporations, governments, or institutions—helping them seize opportunities and face challenges.

The Vice President will manage a portfolio of Financial Institution Clients, including Banks (central and development banks), Broker Dealers, Asset Managers, FinTechs, Insurance Companies, and other financial institutions.

The role involves building long-lasting, trusted client relationships by understanding segment trends, client operations, organizational structures, and transaction banking needs, thereby expanding Citi's product footprint. The Vice President will also act as the client's advocate within Citi to support the delivery of TTS solutions.

Responsibilities include managing and supporting existing clients' growth, developing a client-centric strategy, providing value-added solutions, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Collaboration with global teams and partners across Operations, Service, and Onboarding is essential to deliver a seamless experience, utilizing data tools to respond proactively to client needs.

You will foster partnerships with Product and Solution Sales teams, oversee onboarding and service levels, and ensure revenue growth and client satisfaction. The role also requires close cooperation with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit, Risk, Audit, and Finance to maintain governance and controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a client-centric strategy aligned with TTS growth objectives, including KPIs with partners.
  2. Manage and optimize the portfolio by deepening relationships with key clients and promoting cross-selling of TTS products and services.
  3. Drive implementation and revenue realization for deals within the portfolio.
  4. Leverage industry insights and Citi’s global capabilities to deepen client relationships.
  5. Coordinate timely responses to client inquiries through operations, client delivery, or product specialists.
  6. Communicate product migrations, regulatory updates, and market changes to clients.
  7. Support complex cash management deals, including RFP responses and client pitches, proposing innovative solutions.
  8. Advocate for clients to ensure issues are addressed promptly, working with product, delivery, and operations teams.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales or relationship management with large financial institution clients, with a proven track record.
  • Knowledge of market dynamics and client ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required for managing Chinese-speaking clients.
