Role and Responsibilities
- Assist and oversee daily Finance operations
- Oversee General ledger, Accounts bookkeeping, keeping track, monitoring of accounts payable and receivables.
- Managing and generating on time billings and invoices.
- Ensure accuracy in billings of customers and payment to suppliers.
- Collaborate with other HODs to identify, measure, and manage organisational risks for improved performance
- Establish strong accounting processes and periodically review and improve existing processes to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with operations team, providing guidance on finance related matters advice (budgetary/spending)
- Identify ways to improve organisation financial efficiency, avoid overspending, implement cost cutting and to boost business profits
- Ensure timely and accurate month end closing
- Prepare monthly management report and consolidation package, and provide commentaries on key variances
- Prepare annual budget and monthly rolling forecast
- Cashflow management.
- Assist the operations unit in Employee’s overtime payment, locums, including claims and reimbursement of transport claims and petty cash utilization.
- Liaise with external and internal auditors
- Preparation of annual financial statements
- Review tax computations and liaise with tax agent to manage the tax filing process
- Handle Quarterly GST reporting
- Submit financial returns, Tax returns, GST Returns
- Other Finance administrative requirement as needed during daily operations of the company
- Hybrid work arrangement
- Office hours Mon - Fri : 9am - 5pm
