Job summary
A leading logistics company in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to manage recruitment, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Human Resources and at least 2 years of experience in the field. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with headquarters in China.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding (Full Spectrum)
Posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews.
Conducting orientation and issuance of uniforms. - Employee Lifecycle
Handling the employee's lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. - Training & Development
Coordinating internal and external training programs.
Supporting SkillsFuture and other government training grants if applicable. - HR Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR database.
Issuing letters (e.g. confirmation, resignation, warnings).
Drafting and posting of HR announcements
Managing HR systems (HRIS).
Assist completion with MOM surveys.
Generate HR reports to assist with HR data analysing and support decision-making. - Work Pass Matters
Work pass applications, renewal, and termination
Purchasing of security bond & FWMI
Arranging of new-hires medical check-up and 6 ME - Administrative Matters
Assisting with ad-hoc admin tasks such as coordinating birthday events
Coordinating company's internal sales at the warehouse
Any other ad-hoc general matters when required - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Keep abreast of legal updates and industry best practices.
- Assist Line Manager with any other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of employment act and local practices and regulations in Singapore.
- Experience in logistics industry will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Fluent interpersonal communication skills with bilingual in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with the China HQ counterparts/personnel for work related matters.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on, well-organized, self-driven and able to work independently yet a good team player.
- Able to commence on short notice will be an added advantage.
