A dynamic consulting firm in Singapore is looking for a motivated Sales Executive. The role involves maintaining client relationships, generating new leads through cold calling, and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, generating new leads through cold calling, and acquiring new customers to support the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with follow-ups and maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce company products/services and generate leads.
Actively seek out and engage with new customers through networking, referrals, and other prospecting methods.
Understand customer needs and present suitable product/service solutions.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales using CRM tools.
Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the company.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Comfortable with cold calling and customer outreach.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
