What is your mission?
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruiting and selection requirements to meet hiring needs promptly.
  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing, job advertising, resume screening, interviewing, to achieving headcount targets.
  • Implement effective and innovative recruitment methods to meet targets.
  • Participate in recruitment marketing activities such as career talks and job fairs.
  • Prepare recruitment reports to monitor and evaluate strategy effectiveness.
  • Handle recruitment administrative functions efficiently.
  • Ask the right questions to candidates to assess suitability.
  • Promote the organization’s talent to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure recruitment aligns with budget and policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the continual improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.
Who are we looking for?
  • Possess at least a Diploma or higher in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment and selection.
  • Proven skills in sourcing, screening, recruiting, and building relationships.
  • Accountable and results-driven.
  • Exhibit professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the supporting market language.
