What is your mission?
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruiting and selection requirements to meet hiring needs promptly.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing, job advertising, resume screening, interviewing, to achieving headcount targets.
- Implement effective and innovative recruitment methods to meet targets.
- Participate in recruitment marketing activities such as career talks and job fairs.
- Prepare recruitment reports to monitor and evaluate strategy effectiveness.
- Handle recruitment administrative functions efficiently.
- Ask the right questions to candidates to assess suitability.
- Promote the organization’s talent to hiring managers and candidates.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure recruitment aligns with budget and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the continual improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.
Who are we looking for?
- Possess at least a Diploma or higher in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment and selection.
- Proven skills in sourcing, screening, recruiting, and building relationships.
- Accountable and results-driven.
- Exhibit professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the supporting market language.
