• Position Title: IT Security Manager (Regional)
• Working Location: Bedok (Company pick-up provided at Bedok MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (8:15 am – 5:15 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic up to $12,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and prioritize vulnerabilities based on severity, potential impact, and business risk, collaborating with relevant teams to implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide strategic guidance on technological, cybersecurity, and policy-related topics.
• Lead and improve incident response procedures and processes.
• Investigate security incidents across multiple locations, document root causes, and recommend remediation.
• Assess and manage security systems such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, antivirus, and other security tools.
• Monitor systems and networks for threats and respond accordingly.
• Develop and enforce security policies to protect organizational data and systems.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address security weaknesses.
• Report security incidents to the home office and coordinate response strategies.
• Contribute to security awareness training for employees.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity threats, attack techniques, and response strategies.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of current cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies (e.g., zero trust, CIS Controls, OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, XDR, CloudSec, AppSec, NIST, ITIL, Azure Framework).
• Experience in Cyber Security Operations, Incident Response, Forensic Investigation, Threat Intelligence, or Vulnerability Management is preferred.
