We are inviting candidates for the position of:

Finance Assistant / Finance Executive

This position reports to the Regional Finance Manager.

We are looking for a meticulous and enthusiastic Finance Assistant / Finance Executive with a genuine interest in business and accounting to join our Finance team and be involved in our daily finance and accounting operation duties.

Responsibilities:

1. Accounting Records and Transaction Management

  • Managing partial accounts and recording AP entries.
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions and management reporting

2. Accounts Payable and Vendor Management

  • Preparing outgoing payables and providing payment advice
  • Vendor registration and Management in the system
  • Managing vendor balance reconciliation and following up with internal and external stakeholders.

3. Bank Account and Expense Management

  • Preparing Daily and Monthly Bank Reconciliation
  • Reviewing and Processing employees’ monthly expense claims

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of working experience, with proven operational excellence record
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management etc.
  • A team player, portraying a friendly disposition with demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint will be an added advantage
  • Detail oriented, meticulous, and able to handle sensitive information with a high level of accuracy
  • Knowledge in SAP system will be advantageous
