Human Capital Business Partner Support

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as a Human Capital Business Partner Support. Please note that this is a 3 months temporary role.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our team to implement effective people management strategies aimed at attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent.

Your main responsibilities will include providing comprehensive administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, and assisting with overall human resource administration tasks.

Additionally, you will support Human Capital Business Partners in various resourcing activities, including recruitment drives, and compile monthly recruitment statistics for senior management review.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Meticulous with good organisational skills

  • Knowledge on Human Resource modules in SuccessFactors would be an added advantage
