A leading company in building construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from planning to execution. The role involves ensuring quality, compliance with safety regulations, and leading a team of professionals. Ideal candidates will have a tertiary qualification in construction and experience in managing large-scale projects.
JOB SCOPE
To manage and execute company projects in building construction, including:
Overseeing the entire process and possessing knowledge in project management related to operational and administrative procedures
Carrying out project planning, cost control, and documentation
Providing direction in construction planning, coordinating work with sub-contractors, clients, and consultants to ensure overall progress according to the schedule
Ensuring timely and smooth progress of works
Ensuring quality of work and compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Ensuring project activities comply with the Company’s ISO system
Leading a team of project staff
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualified, competent, and experienced with a tertiary qualification in construction, recognized by relevant Professional Bodies, professional institutions, or the Building and Construction Authority, with experience managing and coordinating large-scale projects effectively, particularly as a Project Manager for industrial and/or large-scale developments.
Dynamic and motivated personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills to lead a team of project staff
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
Possess a Construction Safety Course for Project Manager Certification
