A. Qualifications
- Minimum GCE “A” Level with 2-3 years of public relations experience, preferably in Home Improvement Program (HIP) projects.
- Effective communication skills in English and one other official language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
B. Responsibilities and Duties
- Follow instructions from the Client’s Representative, consultants, and contractor’s project manager as required.
- The CRO should be competent with the skills, knowledge, and ability to manage public relations issues and general project queries from residents effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with subcontractors and project stakeholders (HDB, Town Council, Consultants) regarding project and resident matters.
- Generate HIP block schedules and unit work schedules promptly to assist in resource planning.
- Manage operations at the Information Centre Counter and Hotline.
- Address residents’ defect feedback or queries and coordinate appointments for visits or joint inspections with the RTO and Supervisor.
- Arrange for the Supervisor to attend defect rectification and monitor work completion for defect closure.
- Draft and respond to resident feedback, queries, and messages within stipulated timeframes.
C. Administrative, Recording & Documentation
- Ensure proper recording and filing of vital documents, forms, records, and photos into HICS as required by HDB.
- Provide administrative assistance and logistical support during Working Committee Meetings (Construction Phase) as directed by the Client’s Representative or Consultants.
