This onsite position is part of the Quality and Regulatory Affairs department.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop positive relationships with key customers, operations teams, and commercial leaders.
• Develop and implement industry-leading quality systems and processes for Micro Electronics to support customer needs and expectations.
• Establish and monitor QA tracking and trending of performance measures (DPPM), and prepare periodic management reports.
• Implement and maintain an effective quality management system for Micro-E specific plants, aligned with corporate and business unit policies, procedures, and industry standards.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• A university degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering, with at least 10 years of dynamic quality assurance experience, including 5 years at a senior level with multi-site and multi-region responsibilities.
• Thorough understanding of ISO 9001 standards, GMP, and other relevant ISO standards.
• Proficiency with AIAG core tools, APQP, statistical analysis, and variation reduction principles.
