Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze operational data, respond promptly to abnormal fluctuations, and provide data-driven solutions.
• Follow up on the performance of new features, events, and game launches, collect user feedback, conduct data reviews, and promote product iteration and optimization.
• Manage related configurations in the operations backend, including commercialization, tracking statistics, and warning monitoring.
• Assist in resolving user issues, extract user needs from feedback, and drive product improvements to optimize user experience.
• Collaborate across departments, closely working with marketing, business, and technical teams to ensure information synchronization and effective implementation of requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for majors in data analysis, computer science, marketing, or related fields.
• Passionate about the gaming industry with strong industry insights.
• Data-sensitive and skilled at identifying and diagnosing issues through data.
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, with good communication skills and a team spirit.
• Proficient in using Chinese as the working language due to the need to speak with Chinese speaking stakeholders
