The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a degree in Engineering, Math, or Finance to join our Energy Markets & Energy Services team immediately. You will be part of a distributed team with members from various countries.

The Role

ESEM supports the sales team, account management, energy market analysis, and settlements by collating and preparing data to submit energy tender requests to retailer partners (Energy Companies).

You will ensure daily system requirements meet business needs and develop improvements to maintain our technological edge.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze customer energy usage:
   • Assist in producing tenders and product proposals;
   • Develop and use spreadsheet models;
   • Model customer energy usage as needed.
2. Office administration:
   • Assist in delivering services to customers;
   • Perform general office duties;
   • Adhere to legal, statutory, and company policies;
   • Create and maintain ISO documentation;
   • Follow corporate ethics: "Smart, Rigorous, and Trustworthy";
   • Work within quality and safety guidelines;
   • Complete tasks efficiently, cost-effectively, and auditable.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Degree in Engineering, Math, or equivalent;
2. Professional registration or membership preferred;
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
4. Strong literacy and numeracy skills;
5. Analytical and problem-solving skills;
6. Attention to detail and accuracy;
7. Ability to work effectively in a team;
8. Time management skills;
9. Flexibility to adapt to changing demands;
10. Excellent communication skills;
11. Experience analyzing energy usage is a plus.
