PD SG NEO Process Technician

As a Process Technician at Micron NTI, you will work in an off-shift schedule (Tues-Sat or Sun-Thu) supporting engineers in technology and development activities. You will collaborate within a team to complete operational tasks and projects efficiently, meeting set objectives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Data mining and analysis using advanced tools.
• Supporting FA/X-SEM job submissions and X-section profile measurements for failure analysis.
• Performing process characterization.
• Supporting offload/shipdoc operations to vendors and other Micron sites.
• Supporting daily process operations related to development activities.
• Setting up new DID, process systems including SPACE, FDC, LMS, GerM.
• Managing TOPO data.
• Configuring process GDM, GCP, SWR, and SPC charts for new process evaluation.
• Assisting process owners with tasks like Cpk improvement and material disposition.
• Providing feedback and recommendations for process and operational improvements.
• Understanding advanced process knowledge.
• Multitasking with proper documentation.
• Working independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronic/Electrical, Mechatronic, Material, Chemical Engineering, or similar fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in a multifaceted environment.
• Experience with Tableau is preferred.
• Previous semiconductor experience is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to work in off-shift schedules (Sun-Thu or Tues-Sat), following a daytime schedule (8am – 5:30pm).
