Job description

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and manage clinic operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and service delivery

  • Monitor service KPIs and patient experience indicators to ensure quality and timeliness of care

  • Coordinate staffing schedules, supervise frontline staff, and support their training and performance management

  • Work closely with medical and nursing teams to streamline workflows and improve clinic efficiency

  • Support billing, financial counselling, and subsidy-related matters in compliance with policies

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness

  • Prepare reports on clinic performance and support management in data analysis and planning

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and internal SOPs

  • Handle escalated service issues and facilitate resolution to maintain patient satisfaction

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor Degree level in Healthcare Administration/ Business Administration or related studies

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in clinic or healthcare operations

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Familiarity with clinic systems (e.g., EMR, billing systems)

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment
