A leading company in the Marine industry is seeking a customer service professional to manage service requests and coordinate deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Business Administration and proven experience in a customer service role. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP and Salesforce. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to service quality improvements and engage with clients directly.
Job Scope:
Respond and handle customer service requests and enquiries through email, SAP and Salesforce.
Coordinate and schedule service/ delivery order with customer, shipping agent and internal staff.
Monitor the services request status and maintain updates on any services ongoing request.
Handles commercial quotations, invoices and payment status with customers.
Oversee and involvement in service and spare parts sales.
Maintain proper filing of documentation.
Evaluate the quality of all services and identify areas that require improvements.
Manage the service hotline for any after-office hours service requests and technical enquiries.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Proven work experience as customer service or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently and as a team player.
Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
Good record-keeping and analytical skills.
Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce will be an added advantage
Experience in service coordination for Marine industry will be an added advantage.
