Responsibilities
Implement strategic account plans to drive growth, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with clients' operational and financial objectives.
Develop and deploy customized staffing solutions, addressing client workforce needs through contract staffing, permanent placements, or managed services.
Lead and finalize contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and service level agreements, to achieve mutually advantageous outcomes.
Track and enhance account performance by monitoring key metrics such as client satisfaction, delivery efficiency, and financial performance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (recruitment, operations, finance) to ensure the seamless execution and delivery of staffing solutions.
Generate and present detailed performance reports, providing actionable insights and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or business development roles, with a proven track record in strategic account management or business development within IT, Healthcare, or Banking services.
Strong foundation in workforce dynamics, relationship building, and strategic planning, with demonstrated success in managing and growing key accounts.
Proven financial acumen for budget management, pricing strategies, and achieving revenue targets.
Exceptional client-centric approach with a proven ability to understand and anticipate client needs, delivering tailored solutions that drive long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
Strong market adaptability with the ability to navigate and thrive in dynamic industries, staying ahead of market trends and leveraging insights to identify new business opportunities.
